Global warming is killing the worlds coral reefs

Global warming could kill of all of the worlds reefs by 2050. As the carbon dioxide levels in the atmosphere rise so does the levels of carbon dioxide in the Oceans. The increased carbon dioxide levels in the ocean causes the oceans to become more acidic.
The increased acidic water interferes with the corals ability to calcify their skeletons and the coral begins to die.

In a worse case scenario all the coral in the Oceans will die along with half of the oceans organisms that rely on the coral for survival.

The effects of Global Warming are being felt on land and in the sea. The world needs to act now if we are too prevent the largest mass extinction since the dinosaurs.

Anyway thanks for reading

Thanks for the kudo, I think your blog has great subjects. I also thought the ads that came up with this post was great about Global Warming and the Endangered Species. I had to click on them and they are cool ads as well.
